Cheers!
While I normally would take some time to round up my favorite photo moments of the year, I just need to spend that time getting as many snuggles and giggles as possible from my girl. It’s been an awesome year. In a lot of ways I can’t believe it’s already a new year, and on the other hand, so much has changed and last December 31 feels like a lifetime ago. A lot changes from year to year, naturally, and this has been one of the best as far as changes go. I am so happy being a mama and have fallen madly in love with my girl and photographing sweet baby faces.
I have high hopes for 2013 and will be kicking things into high gear. I have plenty of openings left, and am aiming to do a lot more portrait work this year, so if you are expecting a baby, looking to update your family photos or a headshot, you know where to find me! I can’t wait to hear from you!

Kerry is a rockstar. She has a heart of gold and is always finding ways to help others, to laugh, and to go on adventures. She has a free spirit and can do a fierce handstand. She is the kind of girl you love but also kind of fake-hate because she can be unshowered, wearing sweatpants and a raggy shirt and mismatched socks and glasses and still look cool and effortless.
She is the little sister I always wanted. And I got her.
Sean’s mom needed some updated pictures of Kerry, so we took a windy day during our Christmas weekend to go down to Peggoty Beach in Scituate to have some fun!
Reflection: 2011
I am having a little trouble grasping the fact that it is New Year’s Eve, and tomorrow is the first day of 2012. This year absolutely flew. It was full, and it was fabulous. I don’t know how else to describe it. It was full of weddings, engagements, laughter, challenges, cake, snow, and a whole lot of happiness. I loved it to pieces. I simply can’t pick a favorite moment because each moment helped me grow, helped me learn, pushed me harder and made me even more delighted and determined to keep moving onward and upward.
I have the best clients in the world. They are simply amazing. I have witnessed more kindness, cuteness, and uninhibited love in the past year than I can really grasp. One of the great perks of this job is being around happy people. So I am going to filter some of that happy back out into the universe with some of my favorite pictures from this past year. There’s lots of kissing, hugging, squishing, snuggling, giggling and dancing, so hold on to your hats, and I hope you have had a joyous 2011! Cheers!
