This has been a busy fall, folks, and I have a confession to make: I have a bit of an obsession. See, my friend, Liz, of Blush Design Studio, designs and letterpresses some of the most beautiful work I’ve ever seen. Working out of her home studio with her 50-something year old press, Gable (a wedding gift from her husband), she spends many a late night perfecting each little detail of her pieces, from the bumblebees to the swirly embellishments to her exquisite packaging, which I’m sure cause so much delight to anyone who receives them.

Liz sent me a box of goodies in September, and I’ve been a busy little bee in my downtime (heh…that’s funny) photographing away. I catch myself running my fingers over the soft, gorgeously textured paper, and examining with wonder the detail at which she presses each piece. It’s charming…lovely….fun…all of the above!
